Your completed brand homework, all web content, imagery and logins/passwords to gain access to the needed platforms.

• Copy - I ask for draft content during the Structure and content stage of the project. This helps me structure the layout of your project. Final copy is needed before the Website build stage.
• Photos - High resolution images of your product or service is essential to do your business justice. If you don’t have these yet we can discuss the type of shots and styling which would be required.
• Branding - A vector version (ai, eps, pdf or svg file) of your logo is required if possible, and any other branding/marketing assets you have.

While I will be designing the layout of your project, I will not be serving in any capacity as your copywriter. *Not having professional copy or photography can make or break your brand, truly consider hiring a professional for these areas. There are many sites out there that provide free high quality photos and there are also websites you may have to pay. If you would like for me to find images for you, then there will be additional fees.

Absolutely! After launch, for custom projects we can schedule a training meet up where I will walk you through your site making sure you're comfortable with updating/managing your design. You will also have access to a training guide.

Oh no! Just as a reminder, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. I will then assess work completed to date, and will bill you according to my current hourly rate of $65/hr.

For custom projects, I offer 2 revision rounds based upon the service booked. Once the development process begins, no more revisions/edits are allowed.

For regular websites - 5-9 weeks and e-commerce websites, 6-12 weeks. It may take longer if the website has special functionalities. Advanced coded items make a big impact on the project’s deadline. Timescales are dependent on the size of the project and the time it takes to provide content, information and feedback.

After you pay the initial deposit, I will be in touch to schedule your installation! I typically schedule it about a week after payment is received to give you time to gather your content and decide on a color scheme. At that point, installation to launch is 1 week!

This is so important! For websites, your responsibility is to provide all of the content (images, text, product photos, videos, links, etc.), as well as purchase the domain and hosting accounts.

You, the client, are responsible for acquiring the domain of choice and setting up your own hosting account. If you don’t already have one, I can point you to various hosting providers. Hosting providers will need to serve PHP versions of 7.4 or higher to run a WordPress site. I will ask for your login in order to transfer your website; if you don’t know what any of that is, don’t worry, just ask the support team of your provider you are planning to go with.

All payments will be billed through PayPal. Almost all website package payments are due in two parts, a 50% non-refundable deposit payment at the beginning of the process, and the rest before the final website is launched. Other payment plans are available upon request!

I will utilize the free versions in order to provide the basic functionalities and to maintain a cohesive look across all platforms. You are responsible for purchasing any pro licenses (which may require a monthly or yearly fee) for any usage outside of the final files I provide to you.

It is recommended that you should purchase an SSL certificate. Customers are becoming increasingly more informed about the safety of the internet. If they can see your website has gone that bit further to be secure it can only help their impression of you. Google is also rewarding websites that have an SSL with higher rankings.

For a 14 day period after your website goes live I'll fix any bugs that occur. This does not include additional work to the site, an ongoing maintenance package can be discussed.

This will vary theme to theme. The theme description page will let you know. Most of our theme demos are using images from free stock and video sites that are free to use. Any images and videos you see within the theme will be automatically included. Still, you may want to switch out those images to create a different look for your site.
